DNA Sequencing
We offer sequencing of PCR products, plasmids and bacterial genomic DNA using ABI BigDye Terminator version 3.1 and can generate read lengths of up to 1300bp with at least 850bp being of very high quality in most cases (provided template and primer criteria are met).

Genotyping
We provide fragment analysis of microsatellites or AFLPs using the DS-33 Dye Set from Life Technologies (6-FAM, PET, NED, VIC)
