Run-Only Genotyping Service
Please supply your fluorescently-labelled samples in either 0.2ml individual tubes, 0.2ml strip tubes, or a sealed 96-well PCR plate, premixed with the size standard and formamide. We recommend using 0.3µl size standard + required volume of PCR product for strong signal (usually 1-3µl of pooled product that has shown a strong band on an agarose gel) then made up to 10µl with Hi-Di formamide. We can supply LIZ-500 or LIZ-600 size standard and formamide at discounted rates.

Full Genotyping Service
Please submit your pooled genotyping reactions in either 0.2ml individual tubes, 0.2ml strip tubes, or a sealed 96-well PCR plate. Usually 1-3µl of pooled product that has shown a strong band on an agarose gel is sufficient to generate good data. We will then add size standard and formamide to these samples before running them on the 3730xl. Please indicate on your genotyping request form whether you would like your samples run with GeneScan™ LIZ®500 size standard or GeneScan™ LIZ®600.
